Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before shipment with written notice. Custom or specially ordered products may not be cancellable once production has begun.

Delivery areas: We deliver across the Philippines. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be specified in your quotation.

Risk of loss: Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of products to the specified delivery address.

Installation: Unless specifically included in your quotation, installation is not provided. We recommend using qualified electricians for all lighting installations. We are not responsible for damage arising from improper installation.
